I have just been honored beyond belief. Of course, only those of you who knit will truly understand this. You see, my friend Julz just sent me my Christmas gift. It happened to be the scarf that she’s put months of her life into. The scarf’s name is Kermit because of all the times she had to frog it. For you non-knitters, “frogging” is the act of ripping out stitches that you’ve slaved over. It is a very painful act that, at its worst, can cause the knitter to lapse into catatonic schizophrenia. Anyway, I opened the package that arrived for me yesterday, and there was the most beautiful green scarf I’ve ever seen!! My first thought “I”m not worthy!!!” Glitter Sister lost about 10 years off her life hearing my scream of “IT’S KERMIT!!!” I’ll post a picture of it soon. I’m just so touched and honored to be the recipient of this scarf!! Thank you Julz!!!
